I will require a credit card to hold any appointment booked online . I understand that circumstances may arrive, however please provide a 24 hour notice before your appointment for cancellation or rescheduling. I value your time the same as other clients, if more than 15 minutes late we will have to cancel. Any appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the total appointment cost. A no show will result in a 60% charge of the total service amount to compensate for my time and business.
